Delete your Tasting Planet account

How to delete your account

1. Sign in on tastingplanet.com or in the Tasting Planet Android app.
2. Open Settings from the account menu.
3. Scroll to Delete account, enter your password, tick the confirmation and press Delete my account.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, email address, password, photo, age, location and preferences.
• Your sessions on every device, reservations, reviews, food orders and the payment records Tasting Planet holds.
• For restaurant owners: your restaurants with their menus, tables, photos, reservations and orders.
• For partners: your partner profile, referral code and commission statements.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Support requests you sent are kept without any link to your account.

What is kept

Stripe and Google Play keep their own payment receipts for as long as tax law requires; Tasting Planet never has access to card numbers. Emails that were already delivered to a restaurant (for example a reservation confirmation) cannot be recalled.

Cannot sign in?

Email support@tastingplanet.com from the address of your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm the request by replying to that address and delete the account within 30 days.
